Prawn

This is perhaps the most expensive shrimp I cooked so far @ $35 a pound! I think economically, lobster might even be cheaper. But I just could not resist these beautifully fresh (live) pink prawns when I spotted them in the grocery store. I thought the most proper way to cook them is to do it simple - just cook them in butter with garlic, some lemon herb, little bit of vanilla beans and finally a dash of Muscat wine, it is seriously finger licking good!
